About Us

Inspection. Testing. Consulting.

It’s not unusual for a homeowner to discover mould, even without warning. Truth is, mould can be quite tricky. It can grow inside the walls, underneath flooring, and above the ceiling. And since it “hides”, it’s often difficult to detect, let alone notice. While mould is a naturally occurring fungus it can still have serious health effects on humans. In fact, homeowners may experience itchy eyes, skin rashes, and respiratory problems when directly exposed to mould. In a worst-case scenario, there are certain types of mould that can be toxic to humans (like some species of black mould).

Indoor water leakage, regardless of extent, can potentially create an environment where mould will grow. Without immediate and thorough cleanup, mould will flourish. Even in an environment where humidity/condensation are higher than usual, mould can grow. Oftentimes, an infiltration is not visible, and therefore difficult to detect, especially for a homeowner with no expertise. Our inspection and testing services provide comprehensive assessment of mould growth – we make use of precision tools, and our inspectors are highly trained, with years of experience with mould.

When it comes to mould inspection and testing, many companies offer visual inspections that are basic. We go further – we use high tech detection equipment, and advanced laboratory sampling to provide a very high standard of assessment. We use thermal imaging and laser technology for detecting and identifying the source and extent of mould growth. With a mould infestation, there can be no shortcuts, because even a dormant collection of mould can turn out to be toxic. What’s important is to identify and assess the contamination, and take the necessary steps for resolution.

We are industry leaders in mould inspection, testing, and consulting. Residential or commercial, our inspectors specialize in analysis and testing, without “upselling” the customer any additional services/products. Our emphasis rests on assessing the mould infiltration; thoroughly testing the contaminated materials; and then recommending solutions. This is a time for trained, qualified inspectors – for professionals who have the know-how to examine and verify the source/scope of mould infiltration. Opting for a do-it-yourself approach to a mould problem is not recommended.

We are members of the Indoor Air Quality Association. Having serviced the Greater Toronto Area for years, we maintain the highest industry standards in mould detection and assessment. Our team of professionals always provides findings that are detailed and precise, along with workable recommendations to resolve the problem at hand.
